1. Achieve best outcomes for the community through:
· Identifying skills required by 21st century library staff
· Skills enhancement through staff training mentoring and other like programs
· Sharing operations knowledge
2. Explore, promote and share ideas and innovation with potential library applications
3. Raise the profile of marketing, to fully integrate it as a core function of public libraries
