Launch of the Shared Leadership Program October 2009
Last Tuesday night I attended the Dinner formally launching the commencement of the Shared Leadership Program at the Yarra Valley Conference Centre. The training is being conducted in the fire ravaged area of Dixons Creek and has the added bonus of contributing to the sustainability of a business effected by the devastating Black Saturday fires.

With our colleagues from the State Library of Victoria I joined the 20 public library participants and PLVN project mentors in celebrating the end of the first full day of the 6 month program.
The Shared leadership program is a positive response to the finding of the Workforce Survey, Analysis and Planning project.
Participants will develop their leadership skills and grow professionally under the tutelage of John Martin and Sue Upton.
PLVN looks forward to supporting and following the progress over the course of the program.
