PLVN Meetings
Annual General Meeting
PLVN AGM is held in September each year At this meeting reports are received from the President, Treasurer and subcommittees and the Executive Committee is elected for the following year.

General Meetings
General meetings of members are held 4 times a year – in March, June, September and December, usually on the third Tuesday of the month.
Additional general meetings are held as required to discuss particular issues

The next General meeting is on Tuesday March 16th at the MAV, 60 Collins Street Melbourne.
Meetings for 2010 will be held on the following dates:
June 8 - at MAV
September 14 (AGM) - at MAV
December 7 - Venue to be determined
All meetings run from 10.00am to 4.00pm. .
Executive Committee
The Executive meets every two months with provision for an additional meeting on the alternate months if required.
Executive meetings in 2010 will be held on 12 April, 3 May, 5 July, 2 August, 6 September, 4 October, 8 November.
Subcommittees
Three new subcommittees were established at the AGM on 15 September 2009. They are as follows:
- Community Access. Michael Scholtes, Convenor
- Community Particpation and Engagement - Carolyn Macvean , Convenor
- Customer Service - Katrina Knox, Convenor
A number of Special Interest Groups have been set up to report to each of the Subcommittees.
